ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY OF LAW AT EXETER
Our ground-breaking collaboration with the University of Exeter since September 2016 means that both our GDL and LPC are now available in Exeter, opening up new opportunities for students in the South West.
This offers students the best of both worlds – The University of Law’s market leading professional legal training courses, with tutors who are all qualified lawyers, combined with the outstanding student experience and stunning surroundings of the University of Exeter’s Streatham Campus.
There are also close links with our Bristol centre giving students access to all the facilities in Bristol in addition to those available in Exeter.
A VARIED STUDENT LIFE
Our students at Exeter have associate student membership of the Exeter Student Guild. This gives almost full access to all their societies, sports clubs, and other facilities - the limits are not voting in their elections or representing the University of Exeter in competitions.
Activities aren't just about having fun though, and you also have the benefit of the University of Law’s employability service, with activities and events to help you prepare for life in legal practice.
Our employability service encompasses both careers advice (such as one-to-one advice from our specialist legal careers advisers) and pro bono opportunities (where you get to put your legal skills into practice in a real-world context). You’ll also be able to use the basic facilities in Exeter’s Career Zone, conveniently located at the heart of the Streatham Campus.
